I received my smartplane about 2 weeks ago .Haven't been able to connect to plane. the prop spins all the time while trying to charge & will not pair to bluetooth keeps switching from search to connect

I can't find the app in any store. I have Play Store, i tryed with Apple Store , but nothing. By the way My plane is Model SPFP02-017

App is currently not available on IOS? So an expensive paper-weight that is not very good as a paper weight....

Just recieved a new Moskito toy plane from TobyRich, but there is no app no support no nothing! Any ideas on how to make this plane fly??
