I received my smartplane about 2 weeks ago .Haven't been able to connect to plane. the prop spins all the time while trying to charge & will not pair to bluetooth keeps switching from search to connect

This is a known problem with fully discharged batteries. Please send an email to support@tobyrich.com describing the problem. It goes into our tracked support system and your problem will be solved asap!
