Plane will not connect to Bluetooth. It beeps and the prop spins, but it will not connect.
I have seen a lot of complaints about this problem, what kind of company is this that sells a defective product, knowing it won't work. I think I'll call my credit card company to stop this charge, and file a complaint

yes it is bad product, i bought a smartplane and it lakes some parts, then i had to go back and change it from the store and the new smartplane does not connect.
