How do I connect to the SmartPlane? Die App ist immer im Suchmodus. Wie kann ich mich verbinden?
There are a few things you can try if the app is always searching, stuck in the radar screen or not connecting to the SmartPlane:
First, make sure your SmartPlane is turned on using the switch at the bottom (the white LED will blink on/off if it is turned on), and that it is fully charged.
Make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned on! If you normally keep Bluetooth turned off on your phone, you may get a message asking you to turn it on.
Next, try holding your phone even closer to the plane. We call it Touch&Go!
If it doesn't connect, make sure no one else has already connected to your SmartPlane. If the white LED gives two short flashes every second, it means it is already connected to another phone. Turn the SmartPlane off and on again, then retry connecting.
Lastly, if you see the Bluetooth icon on your phone's status bar on top, and it is not dimmed, your phone may already be connected. Press the 'radar' screen for a second with two fingers, and it will disappear.
If it still doesn’t work, your phone might not have BluetoothSmart.
