I'm using an Android phone (Nexus 5) and it has the latest SmartPlane app..... Any other suggestions?

I'm having the same problem as Paul stated above and have tried all of the same things to resolve it.
I've had the plane for about ten days. It flew just fine for several days, then I left town and when I came back, the plane will not link to the app. I spent about forty minutes today trying. I reset my phone three times, took my Jawbone UP24 outside of range of my phone, and followed all of the directions you prescribed above.
The plane cannot be flown.
Any other ideas? How would I facilitate an exchange if the unit still won't work?
