On/Charge Off switch
The on/charge switch broke on my first plane. The company was very responsive and replaced it right away. The same switch broke after 2 times of use. I cannot recommend this product at all.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. We have identified an issue with the on/off switch on a small percentage of SmartPlanes sent to North America. We are currently offering unlimited refund or replacement for any SmartPlanes from the affected batch whose on/off switch breaks during normal use.

Unable to pair To Android Phone
I'm unable to pair this plane to my Android phone, I tired Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and One Plus One. App keeps on saying searching and when I try Bluetooth pair, it finds the plane but when I try pairing it, it says invalid pin....

bluetooth connection only 5m
I have problems with the bluetooth connection: The connection breaks when the plain is further away than 5 meters. I use a iPhone 4S.

rudder installed upsidedown
just got two new smartplanes and one of them has the rudder installed upside down. Any suggestions how to repair?

Charging cord hard to remove
I push the charging cord in to the plane. Charges ok. But then it is very hard to pull back out. It wants to pull the board out before it will release. Anything I can do to loosen it up

Hello! Just pinch the white cover on the other side to make sure the board doesn't slip out when plugging out the cable.
I know it's not ideal, but we had a tough time finding a material to attach the USB port which was very light and still cheap. In the next generation of our drones, the tobyrich.vegas, we fixed this problem by using high quality plastic and carbon fibre frame!
