Had a very normal bump on the wall at a low slow speed and now the engine don't throttle at all.. All other functions work how do I solve this problem

Das Flugzeug macht richtig Spaß. Ich finde nur den Gashebel der App am unteren Rand etwas unhandlich. Das Phone würde besser in der Hand liegen wenn man den Daumen in der Mitte des Dislays hätte.

Rudder not working
Hi, just received my smartplane and the rudder control doesn't work. I am connected to the plane be ause i can change the propeler speed but when i move the iphone left or right, the rudder doesn't move. I have checked and nothing is blocking it. It moves freely.

That sounds like a broken rudder wire. Can you please get in touch with our customer support by emailing support@tobyrich.com? They will assist you with getting a refund or replacement.

How do I update the firmware for the plane?
Just wondering if there's any way (or any reason) to update the firmware on the plane. I noticed under the "indicator lights" description there was mention of firmware updating...

Plane does not turn left or right
When I tilt my IPhone left or right the plane does not turn. I have tried with throttle at 50% and at 100%. Any suggestions?

Hi, it looks like you may have a defective unit. If you've not done so already, please email support@tobyrich.com mentioning this problem. We will do some troubleshooting and replace your SmartPlane if it is defective.

Yes, the SmartPlane will work with iPod touch (5th Gen) and iPad 3 or newer. Please refer to this FAQ page for the most up to date information: smartplane.userecho.com/topic/300909-which-phones-will-work-with-my-smartplane/
