plane isnt working

My plane don't use for a long time, Now I use it again, but when charging, there is a constant beep but no blinking lights. Is it defective?

how can I retore the plane charging function by myself, or I buy some battery locally because of I am living in China.

Hi There,

After a couple of battery inserts, one of the connection pins seems bent and now does not connect to the battery properly. Haven’t been able to fly the plane even once. Kindly advise how to fix this. Thanks

I have seen a lot of complaints about this problem, what kind of company is this that sells a defective product, knowing it won't work. I think I'll call my credit card company to stop this charge, and file a complaint
